Desert Dash results: Konny Looser claims fourth successive title

Konny Looser won the 369km Desert Dash ultra-endurance mountain-bike race when it finished in Swakopmund, Namibia, today.

Switzerland’s Looser claimed his fourth title in a row, beating Drikus Coetzee into second. Jacques Tattersall finished in third.

Rebecca Robisch won the solo women’s race, with Irene Steyn in second and Siska van der Bijl third.

Team Hollard won the two-men team race, beating NCCS 2 and Team Cycles4U Elite into second and third respectively.

Swakopmund Guesthouse were the winners in the two-women team category, with Uber Girls in second and Delush third.

The two-person mixed team race was won by Beauty and the Bean, while First National Bank placed second and Team Pari Passu third.
